The condition of our feet is getting worse and worse. In our evolution coming from originally a quadruped to a standing position, we have developed the use of our hands towards perfection. We can type on our keyboards in immense speed, some of us play complex pieces on pianos or guitars, and others can perform extremely sensitive surgeries on the brain. We have not done the same for our feet. We wear shoes many hours a day. But shoes are like little boxes for the feet, depriving them of many sensory stimuli. This leads to muscular underdevelopment or dysfunctional muscle tone and overuse which then leads to cramped feet and cramped toes. The result of all this is a lack of balance, which then manifests itself in the form of insecurity in walking. An additional problem is the lack of blood circulation in feet, because the feet are trapped all day in tight socks and shoes and thus do not move. Without circulation no supply of oxygen and no renewal of tissue structures. From our experience, the good news is that this can be easily improved. For all the above problems, Foot Corrector and the Toe Corrector can be part of the answer.Unfortunately, so far only a few exercises for the Foot Corrector and the Toe Corrector are known. But there are more exercises on the Foot and Toe Corrector that we would like to share in this book. Besides developing additional exercises for the Foot Corrector Kathy Corey has created exercises with the Toe Corrector to strengthen the hands, arms and shoulders. This innovative program includes movements with the Toe Corrector on the hands to create stability, flexibility and symmetry throughout the body. Read more
